Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect what we need to sell you a printer and ship it to you. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ad trackers. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t even set a cookie.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you give us one.
Payment information: we never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by WooCommerce Payments (Stripe) and PayPal, who process card details directly. We only see enough to identify the transaction.
When you browse: we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-focused. It tells us things like “40 people looked at printers today.” It does not track you across websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not set any cookie on your device.
Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run a shop:
- Your shopping cart — so your cart survives you clicking to the next page
- Your login session — if you have an account
- Checkout and fraud prevention — set by WooCommerce Payments and PayPal when you pay
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Who we share your information with
Only the parties needed to complete your order:
- WooCommerce Payments (Stripe) — to process your payment
- PayPal — to process your payment, if you choose PayPal
- UPS / USPS — to deliver your order
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need to for tax, accounting, warranty and returns purposes — deliberately longer than 30 days, precisely so we can honor returns and guarantees.
Your choices
Email support@keystonediscounts.com and you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information (except what we’re legally required to keep, such as tax records)
We’ll respond within 30 days. We extend these rights to every customer, regardless of what state you live in.
Children
This is an office supply store. It isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
