Shipping & Pickup

Where we ship

Within the United States only. We don’t currently ship internationally.

How fast we ship

We aim to have your order on its way within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

If we can’t hit that — for any reason — we will email you with a new date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. You’ll never be left wondering where your order is.

Once it ships, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on where you are.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item and where it’s going. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay — there are no shipping charges added after the fact.

Orders over $400 ship free.

Carriers

Most orders ship UPS Ground. Smaller items may ship USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Local pickup

Some items — fireproof safes, office chairs, and other oversized goods — are marked Local Pickup Only. These are too large or too heavy to ship economically.

How it works:

1. Order the item online as normal.
2. We’ll email you within 1 business day to arrange a pickup time.
3. Bring your order confirmation.
4. Inspect the item before you load it. If it isn’t what you expected, don’t take it — we’ll refund you in full, right there.

Pickup is by appointment, in south-central Pennsylvania. We’ll confirm the meeting location when we schedule your pickup.

Please bring help and a suitable vehicle for heavy items. Once an item is loaded into your vehicle, it’s yours — we can’t be responsible for damage that happens in transit or during unloading.

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the box and the item. We’ll replace it or refund you, and we’ll cover the return shipping. That’s on us, not you.
