The 30-Day Keystone Functional Guarantee

Every Open Box item we sell is covered by a Limited 30-Day Keystone Functional Guarantee.

Here’s the whole thing, in plain English:

If it doesn’t work, send it back. We’ll refund you or replace it, and we’ll pay the shipping both ways.

That’s it. For 30 days from delivery, if an Open Box item doesn’t function as it should, that’s our problem, not yours.

What this covers: the item working as it’s supposed to work.

What this doesn’t cover: cosmetic marks we already disclosed on the product page, damage caused after you received it, or normal consumption of consumables (ink, toner).

How to claim: email support@keystonediscounts.com within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what it’s doing. We’ll sort it out.

This is a limited warranty offered by Keystone Discounts. It does not affect your legal rights.

New items

New items carry the manufacturer’s warranty — HP, Epson, Fellowes, First Alert and so on — exactly as they would from any other retailer. Register with the manufacturer as normal.

Our 30-day return window applies to New items too, on top of any manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on Open Box items

We want to be honest about this: manufacturer warranty coverage on Open Box items varies by brand, and in some cases the manufacturer’s warranty period may have already started, or may not transfer at all.

That’s exactly why we offer our own 30-day guarantee — so you’re covered by us directly, regardless of what the manufacturer does or doesn’t honor.
