Who we are
This site is operated by Keystone Discounts (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we accept your order and ship it — not the moment you click Buy.
Pricing errors
We sell liquidation and overstock inventory. Occasionally a price will be listed wrong.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We’ll email you and explain. We won’t quietly charge you a different amount, and we won’t ship you something you didn’t agree to pay for.
Stock
We often have only one of a given item. Stock counts on the site are accurate at the time you see them, but if an item sells out between your order and our processing it, we’ll refund you in full immediately and tell you.
Product descriptions
We work hard to describe every item accurately, including its condition and any flaws — see Open Box & Product Condition. If we’ve got something wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it and make it right with you.
Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, business losses arising from a printer failing. If an item is faulty, we’ll refund or replace it, which is what our returns policy and guarantee are for.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.
