Return and refund policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Keystone Discounts. If something is wrong, damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us right away so we can make it right.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all included accessories, packaging, manuals, chargers, cables, bands, links, boxes, paperwork, and parts when applicable.
How to start a return
Use our Contact page or reply to your order confirmation with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will review the request and send return instructions.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as described
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and label. Approved not-as-described or defective returns are eligible for a refund or other resolution after review.
Customer-choice returns
For fit, preference, duplicate purchase, or other customer-choice returns, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping. Returned items should be safely packed and shipped with tracking.
Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale, as-is, parts/repair, opened consumables, digital items, or products altered, repaired, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the issue is our error.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Payment-provider processing times can vary.
