Keystone Discounts ships orders with tracking so buyers can follow delivery from label creation through arrival.
Processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Large, high-value, or fragile items may need an extra business day for careful packing.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary because of weather, holidays, carrier delays, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking is added when the shipping label is created. If tracking has not updated right away, please allow the carrier time to scan the package.
Packaging
Electronics, watches, jewelry, and fragile items are packed carefully for transit. We may reuse clean, sturdy packaging when appropriate to keep shipping practical and reduce waste.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, carrier delivery changes may be limited.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will help review the shipment and work toward a carrier-supported resolution.
